      人臍帶間充質干細胞 HUMSC  的詳細介紹
      間充質干細胞是特征明確的一類**干細胞。它們有發育為成熟細胞的潛在能力而產生脂肪、軟骨、骨骼和肌肉。這些特性與它們發育中的可塑性共同作用,使人們對用間充質干細胞來替換受損組織的潛在能力產生了極大的興趣。分離于臍帶膠樣組織(wharton’s jelly)中的間充質干細胞,在體外含有sonic hedgehog和FGF-8的神經元培養基中將轉換為神經細胞和神經膠質。間充質干細胞也可以轉化成脂肪細胞和成骨細胞。此外,在適于心肌細胞生長的培養基中,它們有潛能分化成心肌細胞。間充質干細胞表達基質受體CD44和CD105,以及間充質干細胞標志物SH2和SH3,但不表達造血系統標志物CD34。
      Sciencell研究實驗室的人臍帶間充質干細胞是從人臍帶膠樣組織(wharton’s jelly)中分離得到的,原代凍存,冰凍運輸。每管細胞密度超過5×10^5/ml。人臍帶間充質干細胞經免疫熒光鑒定、和CD73,CD90,CD105的抗體鑒定,以及分化后的脂質染色鑒定。本細胞經檢測不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 實驗室特制的培養基,可保證此細胞15倍增增殖。
