      人口腔角質細胞 HOK  的詳細介紹
      口腔黏膜角化細胞是口腔疾病主要屏障,保護局部細胞免受微生物和化學物質造成的傷害。它們通過不斷產生或受刺激后產生的細胞因子,刺激參與促發炎癥反應,這意味著它們可能通過炎癥過程潛在地參與口腔感染的調控,該過程需要不同的白細胞介素參與,如IL-1?和IL-18。口腔黏膜角化細胞表達多種不同的細胞標志物,該表達受到目標基因轉錄過程中鈣素誘導變化的影響。口腔黏膜角化細胞與特征明顯的皮膚角質細胞在結構和功能上有很大的相似性,并且為研究角質細胞的生物學特性、無限增殖過程、惡性轉化提供了良好的模型。
      人口腔黏膜角化細胞提取于人口腔黏膜,一代凍存。每管含有細胞數>5×105 cells/ml,此細胞通過Cytokeratine-8, -18 and -19免疫熒光染色驗證,經測試不含有HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原體、細菌、酵母和真菌。細胞可以達到15倍增。
